KEEPING YOUR MEALS FRESH
As soon as you receive your meals, you will need to store them in your refrigerator, set between 1 degree C and 4 degrees C. The meals will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 4 days, but we recommend that you consume them within 3 days. Fresh, preservative-free meals have a higher probability of spoilage and storage temperature is a critical factor. or if Frozen will be good up to 3 Months

You can warm up your meal in the microwave in the container provided & Oven on a cooking tray in the center of the oven. If a foil tin is provided, always remove the plastic lid and only use it in the oven. 

CAN YOU FREEZE THE DISHES?
Yes, all the food that we have is freezable for up to 3 months.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

10 hr Wood Roasted Roasted Pork Shoulder, Crisp Apple & Fennel, Creamy Mustard & Madeira Jus (SERVES 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the clear film. Put in the oven for 30 minutes. 

Dishes provided are also microwavable

pierce the clear film place in microwave on high for 2 min 30 sec let sit for 30 seconds and heat for another 2 min 30 sec until hot.

10hr Wood Roasted Tuscan Style Beef Chuck with White Bean, Sautéed, Napa Cabbage & Gremolata (SERVES 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the clear film. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Dishes provided are also microwavable

Wood Roasted Local Chicken with Saffron Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes & Sauté Greens (Serves 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and take off the clear film. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Wood Roasted Squash & Apple Salad, Toasted Walnuts with a Creamy Jalapeno & Feta Dressing

WARM SALAD can be eating cold as well. Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the clear film. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve & finish with Feta & Jalapeno dressing.

Mushroom & Almond Ravioli Alfredo

Frozen fresh pasta should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place a frozen pasta dish in the center of the oven on a baking tray 375F 25 min. Always make sure the dish is hot before serving.

Gnocchi, Asparagus & Fresh Garden Herb Pesto

Frozen fresh Gnocchi should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place a frozen pasta dish in the center of the oven on a baking tray pierce film and cook 375F for 30min. Always make sure the dish is hot before serving.

Local Summer Vegetable Chickpea Tagine
Preheat oven to 330℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Heat for 40 min until hot.

Barley Risotto, Walnut Cream Sauce, Arugula, Zucchini, Feta & Mint (SERVES 2)

Frozen Rissoto should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place a frozen dish in the center of the oven on a baking tray pierce film and cook 375F for 30min. Always make sure the dish is hot before serving.

Pizza 
Preheat oven to 400℉ Remove all the packaging put on a non-stick baking tray Put in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown 

 

Kids Chicken Fingers with a Ranch Dip (HIDDEN Ingredients Ranch: Organic lakefield Cucumber, Peppers & Celery)

This product is cooked already.  To warm up preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and take the clear film off. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. until hot.

Homemade Douro Meatballs (Serves 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the plastic film. Put in the oven for 45 minutes. If the product is not  Frozen. Put in the oven for 25 minutes until hot.

Home Smoked Local Trout Fish Cakes, Fresh Herbs, preserved lemon. (Serves 2)

Preheat oven to 330℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray lightly drizzle some olive oil
Heat for 35 minutes until hot and golden brown.

Kids Cottage Pie (HIDDEN Ingredients Organic Zucchini & Carrot Puree)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the clear film. Put in the oven for 35 minutes.
