Home Smoked Local Trout Fish Cakes (Serves 2)
- OVEN: Preheat oven to 350℉ and remove plastic lid, place on a non-stick baking tray lightly drizzle some olive oil. Heat for 40 minutes until hot and golden brown. When cooked, dip in tartar sauce.
- Recommended sides: one of signature salad / wood roasted veg

The photo is a bit deceiving because they look as though they would be smaller and thinner and maybe more in the dish. There are two fish cakes and they are very substantial! The taste is delicious and when heated they are quite ‘fluffy’. A very nice light-tasting meal.
