Vegan Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese (Serves 2)

  • OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350℉ and put the sustainable green dish provided in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Pierce the clear film twice with a knife. Put in the oven for 60 min. Stir halfway through. Ensure the product is hot.
  • MICROWAVE: Pierce the clear film and place in microwave on high for 3 minutes and let sit for 30 seconds. Peal up film halfway and lightly stir and heat for another 3 minutes and let rest for 30 seconds. Lightly stir package again and heat for 2 more minutes and let rest for 1 minute before eating.
  • Recommended sides: one of our signature salads / our in-house sourdough bread

    A little sweet, a little spicy. Not your mother’s Mac ‘n Cheese. Quite good though and you don’t feel so bad about eating it because it’s a healthier version
