A Thanksgiving from Cheeky Duck Vineyard : Cheeky Røkt Squash

Local squash and crème fraîche soup with wood-fired pumpkin seeds to start, followed by wood-roasted maple glazed squash with walnut, lentil, fermented chili, and wild mushrooms. Pumpkin pie with burnt Italian meringue to finish.
