How to Prepare

OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350℉. Pierce clear film twice with a knife. Put the sustainable green dish provided in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Put in the oven for 50 minutes. Ensure the product is hot. * Half way through cooking take off clear film.
