How to Prepare

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375℉ Put on a baking dish in the centre of the oven on the baking tray and remove clear film. Put in the oven for 45 minutes. Empty the red wine demi sauce pack in to a pan on medium heat until hot and pour over wellington once it is sliced and plated.
