A Thanksgiving from Cheeky Duck Vineyard : The Cheeky Roulade

Local squash and crème fraîche Soup with wood-fired pumpkin seeds to start, followed by a classic Roulade de Dinde. Smoked bacon-wrapped turkey breast with cranberry panettone and Keene pork stuffing, paired with green bean salad and pomme purée. Pumpkin pie with burnt Italian meringue to finish.
